I was so hungry when I went to bed last night I thought I'd have a terrible sleep, but I had one of the best sleeps of my LIFE! I have a bit of an insomnia problem so when I can make it through the whole night and wake up feeling rested it just feels amazing!
The hunger was gone by the time I woke up and I was able to do my workout on an empty stomach. A bit more trippy on the jumps today and, yikes, those pushups! (Oh, I am weak...)
Also, I am jumping rope outside (I assume everybody is, right?). But it's chilly in the mornings! Should be interesting in another month!!
I am indeed jumping outside, but it's not chilly here right now... and I was outside in the dark of 5:30am. That will, of course, change within the next 30 days. I think we've proven that it can be done inside our house if it's too bad out.
ReplyDeleteAmusingly, I was *better* at the jumps today...
I was like Erin - the first set I couldn't get any sort of rhythm down, but but the end I got better again. Found myself doing double jumps in between some, which messed me up sometimes... I was cold when I started, but the temp felt great when I finished.
ReplyDeleteIts getting pretty chilly here in Ireland, and wet! The colder the better though I always think!
ReplyDeleteInteresting about the sleep. Keep us updated on how that goes!
ReplyDeleteOh, those amazing sleeps! In the first half of the PCP, I slept SO WELL - would wake up feeling rested AND could feel my body sorta buzzing with energy. The aftereffects of all the working out, I guess. Actually, I'm still sleeping pretty well, just not that DEEP DEEP sense of unconsciousness that I was having in the beginning. Hope it continues for you!
